WE ARE COMING!

Hey guys just wanted to let you all know that we will be home for a very short but much needed break. We will be there Saturday June 14 leaving on June 17 (My birthday!!) I am very excited and so is Beau. Hope we can see you all!

BBQ time!

On Sunday we decided to have a fun BBQ down at the pool with some of the other technichians and their wives. It was a blast! We all brought meat and then we brought dishes to share. We had a lot of fun. Afterwards we went on a walk on the beach to watch the sunset. It was very beautiful. Beau decided that he wanted to swim! HE IS CRAZY!! It was freezing but he jumped in. I guess I married a fish, a cute fish, but a fish non the less. We are having so much fun here. How lucky are we to be able to go on sunset walks on the beach??

Ok take a look at all this produce and tell me how much you think it would normally cost....50.00 dollars?? Maybe more...how about that bag of 10 avacados..how much? I would just like to take this moment to brag and say I got all of that for a wopping 19.50!!! ALL FOR UNDER 20 DOLLARS! It is like a dream come true. I bought blackberries two cases for 1 dollar. And the egg plant...3 for a dollar. Those avacados...10 for 2 dollars. It's ridiculous I LOVE IT!!

Beach Day!

We finally got to spend a good amount of time at the beach and we had a blast. Beau swam until he was exhausted and then he played in the sand until he had to go to an install. It was really fun.

End of the World SYNDROME!

Ok I'm having some issues.. Have you ever had what I like to call "end of the world syndrome"? Lately I have been so freaked out that the Second Coming is like tommorrow. I feel like it's taking over my thoughts every day. I have started fervently building my food storage and preparing in all the ways I can for Christ to come. Is that silly? I'm not sure how to get over this feeling and just keep on living my life. I think it has come on so quickly because even though we live in a beautiful place, there is so much evil here that you don't see in Utah. It's crazy. Anyway...that is my rant. Anyone have suggestions on how I can get over that?

Updating is tedious!

I am not even going to try and completely update everyone on what has been going on with us. We have been SO BUSY! It's crazy. Beau goes to work at 2:00pm and doesn't get home sometimes until 2:00am. It's a rare day that he gets home before midnight. SO CRAZY!!! HE is doing really really well and I am very impressed with him and his work ethic. Everyone here is so jealous of how great he is doing. I love him.

We have made a couple of really really good friends here. The couple we hang out with the most are Nathan and Jessica Russell. They are so wonderful. Beau and Nathan are HYSTERICAL together. They are such nerds. Jess and I get along so well and I just love being with her. We have the lonely wives club so we get together and hang out until the boys get home. We have become the masters of Rock Band for the X-Box..LOVE IT! I am obsessed it's great.

Umm..lets see..I'm not sure what else is going on. I am sure that if I thought about it for a minute I would be able to just list a million things that I have missed but..I can't think. We are getting ready for another fun filled week here in California. I love our adventures. We both got registered for school and can't wait to start at SUU but it will be sad to say goodbye to the summer to we are trying not to rush life too fast.

I got to go with Jessica to the Las Angeles Temple just recently and it was so wonderful. We did a session there and had a ball. I think everyone needs to come visit us and we can take you all around. We live in such a cool place.

Ok that is about all I can think of. My birthday is coming up on June 17 and Beau is going to to take the day off. He only gets two days off the entire summer and he chose my birthday for one of them. HOORAY! I am not sure what we are going to do but it will be fun. My sister is flying in to celebrate with us and I can't wait. We are going to get tickets and go see Wicked. Alright life is good we are alive. I apologize for not keeping everyone updated on what's been going on I will work much harder. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to Jens&Tiffany, Stacie&Zach, Jamie&Andy, and Mom&Dad. WE love you guys so much!
