I'm better.....and she is sick

I AM HEALED!!!! It is a miracle. Seriously. Jamie I did what you said except times 1000. I took 3000mg of garlic the first day and then 1000mg the second day and I woke up today feeling so much better!! I still have a slight stuffy nose but I just took another 1000mg of garlic and other good things. I feel so great! HOORAY! I was seriously worried I would be so sick when Beau got home.. Thank goodness. Guess what? TODAY IS THURSDAY! AHHH!! He comes home in two days. This is wonderful. Lots of things are happening in the next couple of days. I get my car back, thank goodness, but I have to pay my deductable and buy new tires...not so exciting. It will be okay. I am faithful that things will turn out alright. Money is just money. I am so happy that I am healed. So the other day I got to go see my cousin Jessica. She has multiple sclerosis (spelling?) that they directly traced back to stress and her intake of Equal. I have always been against fake sugar because of this fact but seeing her in a hospital bed made me want to start a campaign against fake sugar. She is 27 and can't see very well and can't talk. Her motor skills are completely inhibited. This disease has made it so she can contract sicknesses really easily. So this time she was in the hospital because she had an infection in her bone. They did surgery yeasterday and I prayed for her to be okay all day. I feel so sad for her. She lives in a hospital bed at all times even at home. She still has that beautiful smile that lights up the room though. I love her. Well, surgery went better than expected so she is doing ok. I wish they had a cure.

I have a stupid sinus infection!! It has been miserable today. I have done everything I can think of to help it drain and quick pulsing in my head but nothing is helping. Good thing sinus infections are NOT contagious. BLAH!! Does anyone know any good tricks?

This was long but kind of fun!

It's a "Blah" kind of day, and RECEPTION HELP!

Well today was the laziest day I have had in a while. I really just woke up and piddled around doing nothing important. I was going to go clean our new apartment and get ready to move in it but, I decided not to. :D Maybe one day I will get up enough energy to go. I did however go for a little run. I am trying to get more used to it. Hey if anyone wants to sign up for the Half Marathon in March, in Moab, let me know. I am thinking of doing the five mile run and signing Beau up for the Half. Tiffany if you want to run it with me we can take Conner and Logan in strollers! That could be serious fun...and I will train with you!! Let me know. :D Beau got my package and Jamie's package today. He really needed it. I think that the closer it gets to him coming home (7 more days!) the harder it is for him to stay happy. He just misses everyone. So THANKS JAMIE! Alright...question...where does everyone think Beau and I should have our Ogden reception/open house thingy? Any opinions are welcome, except if you say in a church I will veto quickly. :D

Dress Success!! OH and I miss Beau :)

I have had a great couple of days. It's amazing how sometimes blessings just come pouring in if you are doing what is right. I have been so happy since the day I got up here to Ogden. I mean, bad things have happened (like my wreck) but I have been able to stay happy and be calm during it all. My friend Cassie and her sweet baby boy were in Spanish Fork yesterday so I went to pick them up. I had decided that since we get married in 62 days I should probably find a dress. We went to Provo and found a little shop called "Bridal Center". I thought, because it looked pretty ghetto on the outside, that it wouldn't be a successful place. Cassie drug me inside and said "you don't know until you get in there." Well she was right. The first dress I saw and tried on was it! The minute I put it on I knew that I loved it so much it was perfect. We thought that it would be a good idea to look a little bit more so we kept going and I couldn't find anything that even came close to how beautiful that one was. So that night I went to Kaysville and we went to reception for Chris's best friends daughter. Sounds confusing right? The reception was fun. They had a live band and a ton of food...it was a lot of work. The whole night I just kept thinking about how much I missed Beau and how excited I was that he was coming home so soon. I can't wait to marry him. Only 8 more days and he will be here again! Hooray! Finally. I have been trying so hard to be super supportive about everything but I just miss him so much that sometimes it was hard. But now, he gets to come back so everything will be okay. Anyway, I stayed the night with them and then in the morning we went shopping at a bridal shop in Ogden. I found the EXACT dress there except for one size smaller, which is perfect, and the best part...it's Ivory and Cream! IT IS BEAUTIFUL!! Seriously, I put it on and almost began to cry. It is going to look so gorgeous next to Beau in all black and my bouquet with cream and red and black in it. Perfect!! SO, needless to say I am a happy person. I also got a phone call from Weber saying that they accepted my petition so I don't owe anything for summer tuition. I am just walking on air! I'm a happy girl. Alright this is all for now!

to far away from the one I love

Well as you know I am in PA. at a youth camp for Jews how fun! The other day we were going to lunch with the pool and lake staff. We had a Jew, Catholic, Agnostic, and a LDS/Mormon. and we were just talking how funny it was. What do you get if you put a Jew, Cathlic, Mormon, and a Agnostic? You get Boys Pool Staff. Other then that I have a few young girls following me around. They are so cute every time I see them they say "Hi Beau" in the loudest voice they have, it is so fun. Swimming lessons are so much fun. I love teaching them! The children are so much fun. I will be home on Aug. 11. I am so excited. Alright see you guys soon!

Conner is ADORABLE!!

Well today has been such a good day so far! I realized that in my previous post some people might not know exactly what is going on in our lives individually so I thought I would share. Beau is at a summer camp in Pennsylvania working as a swim instructor and councelor. I had sneaked the idea in his head in about April when we got into an argument and then in June when obviously the argument was far over, I realized he really had to leave. I cried for about a week from the minute I put him on the flight. Let's just say I miss him a little bit :). Anyway he is working out there and really enjoying it. He called me today and I have got him hooked on Harry Potter. He is in the third book now and really enjoys it. I am excited that he loves them as much as I do. I promised myself that because he is reading Harry Potter I will start doing something he loves so...I have been trying to go running. It is really hard to get up motivation to go but I think I will enjoy it more when I can run with him. 10 more days and he comes home. We are very excited. I guess he has girls chasing him all over camp. I think it is adorable. He is enjoying himself very much but is ready to be done. I have had a crazy summer just trying to get to one place. I am finally here in Ogden getting ready to go to school. Jamie's in-laws were here and I fell in love with them! Seriously they are so wonderful. Andy's little sister Lindsey is so great. I honestly stepped out of my car and she gave me a huge hug and we just clicked into place it was wonderful. Also his sister Anya and I just clicked. She is hysterical. I miss Jamie and Andy and their boys. We talked about the cute boys the whole time and it just made me miss them more!! I was jealous because Beau got to see them in July and I have to wait a little bit longer than that. Ewan, her youngest, just turned one! I have a link to her blog. Everyone should go see how long his hair was before she cut it! YIKES! He is so adorable. SOOO today I got to babysit the most adorable, fun, easy-going, baby boy in the world. CONNER! YEAH! I can't wait to be his Aunt. I can't wait to be BOTH Conner and Logans aunt. He was so wonderful. We played legos and watched T.V. He was so wonderful. Then Tiff took me to get my rental car and I love her. We talked and talked the entire time. I have never felt nervous or anything around her. I'm just myself and that is so great. She is such a wonderful mother. I just love her. So Tiff if you are reading this, I LOVE YOU!! And I can't wait to hang out with you again it was a blast.
